Pre-Workout - 8AM 1 - Banana
Breakfast - 11 AM
2 boiled egg whites + 1/2 cheese cube slice + 1 carrot + 2tsp homemade peanut chutney
Lunch - 2 PM
Aaloo Cabbage Sabji + 2 roti ( 1 big and 1 small) + 1 katori dal
Snack after Lunch 2:30 PM - 1 Kimia date
Tea Time 4PM- Vahdam Black Tea ( no sugar)
Dinner: 7PM Clear veg soup
Post dinner - Black Till Laddoo( Small)
Drank 3 litres of water
Breakfast - One gobhi paratha + 2 tsp peanut chutney + 1 red carrot
